Children's Ministry meets at 10:30am every Sunday Morning in the B building. The Children's Ministry of CrossLife Bible Fellowship exists to glorify God through evangelizing children, encouraging parents, and edifying servants so that the gospel may be spread among our children, families may be supported, and the church may be strengthened. God's glory is the ultimate purpose of all things and is inseparably linked to redemption through which regenerate man has the desire and ability to please and praise God in everything. The church was established for God's glory and is a primary means through which He is exalted as she shares, defends, teaches, and embodies His truth. This reality is manifested as the local church embraces its commission to evangelize the lost and its call to equip and encourage the saints, including parents. Therefore, Children's Ministry serves as an effective vehicle through which the church is strengthened as she glorifies God through sharing the gospel, supporting parents, and strengthening the saints.

CrossLife Kids uses Generations of Grace as its primary teaching curriculum. Generations of Grace is designed to magnify God by studying His character in the pages of Scripture. We can better understand who He is and how we are to respond to Him by studying how His redemptive plan has unfolded and how He has used men to accomplish His purposes. Over a three-year period, this curriculum covers the entire narrative of God's redemptive plan.

Generations of Grace is broken down into three levels:

  1. Preschool;
  2. Grades 1-3;
  3. Grades 4-6.

Over the nine-year period a child spends between three years old and sixth grade, Generations of Grace will lead that child through God's redemptive plan three times, each at a deeper level. Generations of Grace is set up as a “unified curriculum” for this very reason. Every week, children in each age range learn from the same passage of Scripture in a way that is appropriate for their respective age levels. A unified curriculum enables families to discuss one passage together each week, reinforcing the lesson that children have learned in Sunday School.

CrossLife Kids also uses the Seeds Family Worship ministry as its primary music worship vehicle every Sunday morning. Seeds Family Worship consists of worship songs that all use various Bible verses as the lyrics of every song. As children sing these songs every Sunday, they not only learn about God's character and promises, they unwittingly memorize and store up God's Word in their hearts. Every song that the children sing are available to purchase on CD's either from us or through the Seeds Family Worship website which allows the family to sing these great songs together during the week. You'll love it!

Last but not least, CrossLife Kids put the safety and protection of your children as our highest priority. We do this primarily through 3 ways: our "NEVER ALONE" policy, criminal background checks, and a parent-child check-in/check-out procedure every Sunday morning. We require at least 2 adults in the presence of any children during the Children's Sunday worship hour. There can never be a time when 1 adult is alone in the presence of any number of children. Every CrossLife Kids volunteer who directly works with children must undergo a criminal background check. We use Protect Your Ministry, a nationally recognized background check agency, to perform every background check for all our volunteers. Lastly, we have a check-in/check-out policy that requires parents to check-in and check-out their children every Sunday morning to make sure your children don't get into the hands of the wrong people. In addition to these 3 primary security measures, we require every CM ministry worker to be a trusted member of our church who must also go through a thorough and lengthy application process to serve in our Children's Ministry.
